		<description>Mine is more of a recovery tool. I like to do &quot;leg drains&quot;. I do them after my post run stretches. It helps to drain the blood out of my legs [and hopefully lactic acid] and then new blood goes back in when I stand up. Whether it&#039;s physiologically possible, I have no idea, but even if it&#039;s just visualization, my legs feel so much better for it.

Lay on your back, place your butt as close to the wall as possible, with your legs straight up at almost 90 degrees and your heels against the wall. Lie comfortably like that for 3 minutes or so, then rub your legs from the ankle on down, as if pushing the blood down and out. Once done, stand up and let the &quot;new&quot; blood flow down into your legs.

It&#039;s really relaxing to me and I swear my legs feel better!</description>
