		<description>Congrats on your marathon. Feeling a little beat up after is normal. Take your time and do what works for you. Walk a little run a little what ever.
Being a runner is a constant battle trying to find that perfect balance, where your meeting your goals and not getting injured. In my group there is a saying, if your not injured now , you will be. Good luck.   Pat</description>
