		<description>You know that &quot;bite&quot; that you taste when you eat a regular radish??  Horseradish is a root that has that same kind of kick, only a little spicier.  Horseradish is in the same family as wasabi, but it&#039;s not quite as spicy as wasabi.  It does have that warm &quot;clear your sinuses&quot; type of spiciness though, not like a pepper-based hot sauce.  

I also buy prepared horseradish, which is vinegar and horseradish mixed together, and spread it on hummus and cheese sandwiches for a little kick.  Horseradish mustard is also yummy.  I think I just love horseradish.  lol.</description>
