		<description>Thanks for the shout out.  I have actually learned to love these noodles, but agree they need a serious rinse before eating.  I actually heat mine in the microwave for 2 minutes and they turn out great.  They are really good in a stirfry or in place of pad thai noodles.

I just added &#039;em to my grocery list!</description>

		<description>There truly was no taste.  They sort of just tasted like the Nama Shoyu that I used on top.  I am HUGE on texture, and I was scared that they would be mushy.  They were actually the same texture as an al dente noodle.  I was pretty impressed.  Just don&#039;t take a whiff as soon as you open the bag.  You&#039;ll be put off for sure!</description>
