Let me just tell you something that you already know. Jennifer is an amazing person. She has also inspired her family, whether she knows it or not. I happen to be Jennifers cousin. I was always known as little Jen and her big Jen. Just because she is older then I. But that doesn’t make the name any easier. At this point in our lives she is surely little Jen. I would just like to say, kudos to you and thanks for all of the inspiration to not only your fans but also your family. Soon I will begin my journey, once I do I will be sure to thank this beautiful young lady many more times.

Thanks to PFG, I have found yet another fabulous blog to keep me on track!!!

Jen is an amazing woman, and I’m totally inspired by her journey!

NO EXCUSES Tuesday… I love it!! I am famous for using excuses to justify many of my actions… but NO LONGER! I’m with you. I’m going to eat right and exercise each day because I NEED to, even when I don’t FEEL like it!

This is so important for me today.

I have to give up a host of foods for health reasons and I have.

You know why? Because I didn’t think I could do it.

I was looking in a cupboard today and it hit me ‘I will be successful’.

I have never thought that way before. I had always used ‘I need to/I should/I will try’.

If you believe that you will..you will.
