These little fudge beauties rival the “no bake” cookies that I made as a child, but they are so much healthier. They really are delicious, and the oats get softer and soak up the other flavors as they dehydrate. You will love them. I promise.

I don’t know about you, but after my long runs, I am ravenous for like the next 2 days. I try to keep a lid on it and not go too overboard, but when you run 10 miles and burn 1,000 calories, your body just wants (and needs) to eat. I don’t mind obliging. That said, my monthly Sunday Brunch Bunch couldn’t have come at a better time!
